We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. Items must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@risewithinbrand.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size, color, or item, please return your original purchase following the steps above and place a new order for the desired product.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


Final Sale Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including final sale or customized products.
These items will be clearly marked as final sale on their product page.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email contact@risewithinbrand.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll review your case and work quickly to resolve it.
